At XYZ Storage in Scarborough, customer service is our number one priority! "We offer self storage units starting at $25.00" Our facility features a comprehensive security system, and heated storage units. Full time cleaning and maintenance personnel are also available to assist clients. For clients who need to store larger atypical items, this storage facility features wide driveways for easy vehicular maneuverability / passage and drive-up self storage space. Our Scarborough self storage facility offers over 500 units ranging in size from a mini storage locker of 4 ft X 3 ft X 4 ft (12 sq ft) to a double garage 10 ft X 30 ft (300 sq ft). Customize size storage containers may be created for clients who need a larger-than-average storage area. For business storage, racks and shelving can be provided if needed. Business clients may make use of fax and copier services and the self storage facility will handle incoming and outgoing parcels at no charge for its customers. The facility also features on-site U-Haul moving truck rental, blankets and moving dollies. The facility has a large selection of wrapping and covers for furniture protection / storage, packing supplies and moving / storage boxes. XYZ Storage does not charge an administration fee or security deposit, move-ins /outs are prorated to the day with no advanced notice needed and the rental term is per month, not 28 days / 4 weeks. We are members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau, Canadian Self Storage Association, American Self Storage Association, Welcome Wagon and The Toronto Board of Trade.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going through a difficult time in my life and needed a safe place to store my personal belongings. I wasn’t sure where to start with the process, but then I found XYZ Storage and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, Tino and Cheryl made me feel completely at ease. It honestly felt like I was leaving my things with family. They offered me coffee, took the time to explain everything clearly, and even gave me a great promotion! The service here is absolutely amazing!!! I had a lot of luggage and was moving into my dorm by myself, which was really tiring. But Sarthak (the Client Experience Manager) was so kind and considerate, he offered to help me load my luggage into the Uber, even though it wasn’t part of his job duties. His attitude is always positive and cheerful. All of my luggage was kept perfectly safe, just as I had left it. Truly love this XYZ branch and Will keep coming back as long as I’m in Canada!

This place is fantastic. Clean facilities and was very convenient. Tino and staff are amazing. Always with a huge smile on his face and proactively opened the gate for me whenever I came by. Sad to close my box but can enthusiastically recommend this place for your storage needs
