At XYZ Storage in Scarborough, customer service is our number one priority! "We offer self storage units starting at $25.00" Our facility features a comprehensive security system, and heated storage units. Full time cleaning and maintenance personnel are also available to assist clients. For clients who need to store larger atypical items, this storage facility features wide driveways for easy vehicular maneuverability / passage and drive-up self storage space. Our Scarborough self storage facility offers over 500 units ranging in size from a mini storage locker of 4 ft X 3 ft X 4 ft (12 sq ft) to a double garage 10 ft X 30 ft (300 sq ft). Customize size storage containers may be created for clients who need a larger-than-average storage area. For business storage, racks and shelving can be provided if needed. Business clients may make use of fax and copier services and the self storage facility will handle incoming and outgoing parcels at no charge for its customers. The facility also features on-site U-Haul moving truck rental, blankets and moving dollies. The facility has a large selection of wrapping and covers for furniture protection / storage, packing supplies and moving / storage boxes. XYZ Storage does not charge an administration fee or security deposit, move-ins /outs are prorated to the day with no advanced notice needed and the rental term is per month, not 28 days / 4 weeks. We are members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau, Canadian Self Storage Association, American Self Storage Association, Welcome Wagon and The Toronto Board of Trade.

Moved here from NB almost 6 months ago, finally brought my cars up and needed a spot for my Miata for the summer. Someone suggested XYZ and I called, very pleasant on the phone, great info and follow up. Drove out to the location, met with Tino and got it done. The deal, the customer service, the whole experience has been fantastic. It's a little bit of a drive for me (Liberty Village) but the facility, the location, the price and the customer service have been well worth it.

From the first day to final and thereafter, XYZ storage was the perfect team and solution for my storage needs. I had my realtor help open the account, and unfortunately I came after hours. Tino helped to accommodate my urgent need responsibly and so kind-hearted. He even helped me look for whatever I needed. Very good human being. My unit was spacious and sufficiently allowed me to store my condo items. I personally have been having a very busy time, and Cheryl conveniently gave me a security and check in call to see whether I was done with my unit. Even though they ask to get 30 day notice, XYZ storage understands we get busy, and are kind enough to follow up to ensure I we're all set. Thank you team, I'm very grateful for your help and will definitely refer my contacts to you.

Are you looking for a place to store your essentials/valuables? Well I have the place for you!!! XYZ Storage is the only place I would suggest! I met their best reps at the Beechgrove location, in Scarborough.
Tom directed me to the location, (over the phone).
When I arrived, Cheryl de-stressed me, after 2 other storage places screwed me over.
Cheryl & her colleague Spiro had me smiling & calm, Instantly.
She was so knowledgeable, precise & accurate with the details. I thought I was already happy & satisfied with her service, when she informed me that Tino will handle the rest of my reservation details. She said he will take care of everything & she was wrong.
She neglected to tell me, he will handle everything, with a friendly demeanor & a big smile 😀. They were consistent & phenomenal with their customer service!
If you happen, to get the opportunity to meet the staff at this location....Tell them Melissa sent you, & have a FREE coffee on me!

My experience with XYZ Storage is great! The staff is very accommodating. Starting from my inquiry, upto getting my storage, it was pretty much straight forward. The staff, Tino, even explained to me the things I should know, and made me realize it before accepting the deal. I beleive it is so much helpful on my part.
