"We offer self storage units starting at $25.00" Our facility features a comprehensive security system, and heated storage units. Full time cleaning and maintenance personnel are also available to assist clients. For clients who need to store larger atypical items, this storage facility features wide driveways for easy vehicular maneuverability / passage and drive-up self storage space. Our Scarborough self storage facility offers over 500 units ranging in size from a mini storage locker of 4 ft X 3 ft X 4 ft (12 sq ft) to a double garage 10 ft X 30 ft (300 sq ft). Customize size storage containers may be created for clients who need a larger-than-average storage area. For business storage, racks and shelving can be provided if needed. Business clients may make use of fax and copier services and the self storage facility will handle incoming and outgoing parcels at no charge for its customers. The facility also features on-site U-Haul moving truck rental, blankets and moving dollies. The facility has a large selection of wrapping and covers for furniture protection / storage, packing supplies and moving / storage boxes. XYZ Storage does not charge an administration fee or security deposit, move-ins /outs are prorated to the day with no advanced notice needed and the rental term is per month, not 28 days / 4 weeks. We are members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau, Canadian Self Storage Association, American Self Storage Association, Welcome Wagon and The Toronto Board of Trade.

Are you looking for a place to store your essentials/valuables? Well I have the place for you!!! XYZ Storage is the only place I would suggest! I met their best reps at the Beechgrove location, in Scarborough.
Tom directed me to the location, (over the phone).
When I arrived, Cheryl de-stressed me, after 2 other storage places screwed me over.
Cheryl & her colleague Spiro had me smiling & calm, Instantly.
She was so knowledgeable, precise & accurate with the details. I thought I was already happy & satisfied with her service, when she informed me that Tino will handle the rest of my reservation details. She said he will take care of everything & she was wrong.
She neglected to tell me, he will handle everything, with a friendly demeanor & a big smile 😀. They were consistent & phenomenal with their customer service!
If you happen, to get the opportunity to meet the staff at this location....Tell them Melissa sent you, & have a FREE coffee on me!

The staff at this location are AMAZING. That is the reason I expect to stay here long term. ... I came here because XYZ Storage is one of the best values in Toronto for storage. I especially appreciate that the rentals are monthly instead of every 4 weeks. With 3 months at 50% off for new customers.

I had a fantastic experience renting a unit at XYZ Scarborough Storage. The facility is spotless, well-lit, and feels very secure. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the move-in process quick and easy.

Safe, fenced and well monitored facility. Manager is awesome. Well laid out with lots of space to turn and pass people loading.
Great place with some smaller units too. Inside and outside storage.
