I had an issue with my storage unit and needed it fixed as soon as possible. Zara was incredibly helpful from the moment I reached out. She was professional, responsive, and made sure the problem was handled right away. What could have been a stressful situation was turned into a smooth and easy experience because of her support. Zara took the time to listen, understand the issue, and made sure everything was resolved quickly. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would highly recommend working with her.

Prime storage is a very clean, modern and secure storage facility that offers climate controlled units and is located in Ajax. After some comparisons, I noticed they have very good deals at this time for January compared to other storage facilities! Upon arrival, I received amazingly high level of customer service from a staff member named Zara who was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained everything in perfect detail! I was very impressed with her experience, professionalism and time management throughout the whole sign up process! Her excellent navigation of details knowledge and assistance was quite impressive! I have been to many different facilities in the past however nothing beats the security and cleanliness of this place! They have plenty of carts to move your stuff around and they have coded elevator and doors and cameras for security! I noticed the washrooms are very well kept! Zara explained everything to me and even gave me scenarios! Because of Her superior service and I feel very comfortable with my decision to do business with Prime Storage!

I had a great experience at Prime Storage located at 20 Pugsley Ct in Ajax. Nuwan provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was very patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and personally showed me the different storage units so I could choose the right one for my needs. The facility was clean, well-organized, and professionally run. Thanks to Nuwan’s helpful and friendly approach, the entire process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this location.

Zara at vaultra Ajax did an amazing job setting me up today for a storage locker. She is polite, well mannered and did not rush me. The process was seamless as possible and she made everything so easy. I chose this place because of how close it is to me, the access hours and the drive-in loading bay which makes moving so much more easier. 10/10 service and storage room with many amenities. Really recommend using them for your own stuff

Reserved my storage unit online and came into the location to get my code and keys. Was greeted by Zara who was super helpful and showed me around and gave me an even cheaper option in the end! Process was seamless, took less than 30 minutes to have a tour, a quick tutorial and get my keys and account set up. The place is also super clean and well maintained. So easy to come and go, the location is open 24/7 and secure with a password and key only accessible to you. Also, the cute coffee station is a nice touch 😊 Highly recommend Zara to help you get started!!
