Great service 👏 Very clean facility. They also had a super promotion, with a discount on fees for 4 months. As a woman I felt safe. Automatic sensors have the lights turning on a head of you. No, they do not shut off after you, they stay on. It is easy to manage the loading area, where it is spacious and bright.

Omar was outstanding. His performance was beyond expectations. He explained all options and gave me the best deal. I greatly appreciate his service.

As a new customer I was thrilled to tour the Storage Mart facility and found it to be super clean, bright, and easily accessible. Counter service was thorough, quick, and friendly. The gentleman at reception did an outstanding job of providing us with all the necessary information about the storage facility, access to our unit and our new unit itself. Prices at our former storage place changed drastically forcing us to look for new storage opportunities nearby. This modern Storage Mart has clean and easy accessible storage lockers for its customers. There is no easy access for non-customers as access is protected and restricted. This was not so at our old storage place. We are very content with the new storage facility and the protection of our belongings within.

I went to this location, and I must say that the interaction was exceptional! I was assisted by Cody, who provided all the details I needed and gave options to help me decide on the best unit to rent. He walked me to the unit location and duly informed me of all the necessary amenities available at the facility as well as how to get access. He set the right expectation by ensuring I was made aware of the cost, payment deadlines, insurance requirements, opening hours, lock exchange, as well as late payment charges.
