It's possible to rent and sign the contract online. I signed my contract at the office and the person who helped me was very nice and professional. So far everything is running smoothly and I have no regrets.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with StorageMart both in person and over the phone, and every experience has been absolutely spectacular. The customer service is outstanding—you can actually hear the smiles through the phone. My most recent interaction was with Heather H., who helped me with a billing issue. She immediately took the time to discuss it, investigate, and quickly resolve it.
