Just completed my booking and payment with Asish and I couldn't be HAPPIER with my decision to book and store here! From start to finish this gentleman went the extra mile for me. Both him and Edward have been super helpful from suggesting back up movers if mine happen to fall thru last minute, as well as explaining some of the legalese in the insurance and contract details (which I really think Storage Mart should improve to make more transparent as it's unclear why a customer pays for "insurance" but then the documents say you release the company from damages/loss to belongings). I'd say this is perhaps the only downfall but bears no reflection on the employees on site who truly try to explain the distinction. Asish has kept EVERY promise he had verbally made me and it was refreshing in this industry to sign a contract with a company that actually MATCHED the discussions had with staff. I CANNOT say the same of Access Storage, especially their 835 York Mills location and their home office at 100 Canadian Rd. in Scarborough, whose Regional Manager Scott Bisset has yet to return my call and email regarding my refund, which both their staff and website boast but DO NOT DELIVER ON. Storage Mart DELIVERS! So does ASISH!! Thank you for helping me complete my stress-free storage booking with such an AMAZING person!!! Truly management material here Storage Mart, I hope you're listening!! Without Asish I may have booked elsewhere but am now happy to join my friends in booking and recommending this location wholeheartedly! Come in and experience the Asish difference!! C.

I had a really great experience with Smart Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which made the whole process stress-free. A special thanks to Ashish for his outstanding help,he was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He explained everything clearly and made the entire experience much easier. Highly recommend Smart Storage, especially because of the excellent customer service!

I am very pleased with the level of service that the staff Edward and Ash at the warden location provides. The gentleman at the front desk are always courteous and very helpful with any of my inquiries. I always recommend this location to friends and family because of the level of service from the staff that I receive.

Been checking out storage units for a while, and I must say this is one of the cleanest, that’s why we immediately decided to go with this location.
