My experience with the storage clerk was a very positive one. She was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me set up my storage rental. The facility is well maintained and is as described on the website. The units are very accessible. I recommend this company for your storage needs.

We recently started renting the storage unit from Smart Stop. We were quite impressed by the clean, neat and organized units in this location. The price was very reasonable and we really got a very good deal. Customer service representatives were very helpful in finding us the unit. I spoke to at least 3 representatives with dozens of questions and they were very patient in answering all the of them. Especially Martin who not only helped us move into the unit without any problem but was also very informative and accommodating. I feel bad that I had to trouble him with so many questions and how much I might have bothered him, yet he was quite patient and helpful! This location was convenient to get to, right off the highway and we would definitely recommend this storage facility.
Update: Received 5 star excellent service from Ayodele today!! Will definitely recommend this storage for anyone looking for a clean and organized place. Thanks for the help 😀

Absolutely fantastic experience! Mithara, sales representative, was truly awesome. She provided all the details I needed, patiently answered any questions I had, and was just overall so friendly and helpful. The unit itself is exactly as advertised and easily accessible. Exceptional customer service from Martin. Was very informative and provided us with everything needed to rent out a storage unit. I would highly recommend this place located at Centennial Rd if anyone is looking for a storage unit. Such a friendly, clean environment
