I had a great experience at the SmartStop location on Centennial Rd. Martin was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He first showed me the 5x5 unit I had reserved, but he could immediately tell that I wasn’t completely happy with the size. He suggested that I take a look at a 5x10 instead, and it turned out to be a much better fit for what I needed.
He also gave me a tour and clearly explained the charges and rental process, which made everything feel easy and straightforward. The location is also very convenient since it’s right off Highway 401. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful Martin was, great customer service overall! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with SmartStopShop. The staff Martinez was very helpful and professional. They showed us the unit clearly and explained everything in detail, which made the whole process very easy to understand. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend their service!
