Came in to rent a storage unit and Rasula was beyond helpful! He was very thorough during the check-in process, answering all out questions in depth and explained the facility and all fees attached to our contract that was easy for us to understand. Great service and attentiveness!

I would like to leave Martin A five star review when I pulled up and parked my car Martin met me in the parking lot. Treated me with respect. Got me what I wanted I haven’t had good service like this since COVID-19 or before. Martin is very well experienced at what he does And he’s also also good with customer service he knows how to treat people right And with respect, thanks again Martin appreciate everything and thank you again you made my summer. I wish more people would treat me the way Martin did. Thank you again.

I stored my belongings here for 2 years after moving from DT Toronto while waiting for my new house to be built. Facilities are clean, modern, and it was good value for money. If you need packing supplies, they have them onsite and I found them cheaper than Home Depot. Martin was especially helpful (and funny).

We recently started renting the storage unit from Smart Stop. We were quite impressed by the clean, neat and organized units in this location. The price was very reasonable and we really got a very good deal. Customer service representatives were very helpful in finding us the unit. I spoke to at least 3 representatives with dozens of questions and they were very patient in answering all the of them. Especially Martin who not only helped us move into the unit without any problem but was also very informative and accommodating. I feel bad that I had to trouble him with so many questions and how much I might have bothered him, yet he was quite patient and helpful! This location was convenient to get to, right off the highway and we would definitely recommend this storage facility.
Update: Received 5 star excellent service from Ayodele today!! Will definitely recommend this storage for anyone looking for a clean and organized place. Thanks for the help 😀
