I had a great experience working with Martinez at the Centennial location. He was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting my storage unit. He took the time to make sure I found the right space for my needs, helped me get a great deal, and even assisted me with getting a lock for my unit. Martinez made everything simple and stress-free, and I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend coming to him and the Centennial location if you’re looking for storage—you’ll be well taken care of!

I had such a great experience thanks to Romeo. From the second I walked in, he was super friendly and welcoming, and he really took the time to walk me through all my options. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated.
What really stood out is how much he genuinely cares. He went out of his way to make sure that I got the exact unit size that I needed. That kind of service is rare these days.

You would like to believe just getting a storage unit is just finding a location and throwing your stuff in for awhile. Not with Martin, supreme customer service from getting the right unit for my stuff to making sure I understand everything that comes with a storage facility. His approach of making you feel like he’s helping out a friend definitely made this experience great. And yes!!! I did get a storage unit…the right one lol. Thanks Martin.
