New to this storage facility. I have rented space in the past, not using SmartStop. The initial sign up procedure was a bit more than I was used to but Rasula was excellent in guiding me through the process. I was shown the unit, which was clean and dry(very nice). Rasula was very polite and professional. It was nice to be greeted and shown “around”. I have not had that experience outside of the city.
Would recommend SmartShop to people.

We recently started renting the storage unit from Smart Stop. We were quite impressed by the clean, neat and organized units in this location. The price was very reasonable and we really got a very good deal. Customer service representatives were very helpful in finding us the unit. I spoke to at least 3 representatives with dozens of questions and they were very patient in answering all the of them. Especially Martin who not only helped us move into the unit without any problem but was also very informative and accommodating. I feel bad that I had to trouble him with so many questions and how much I might have bothered him, yet he was quite patient and helpful! This location was convenient to get to, right off the highway and we would definitely recommend this storage facility.
Update: Received 5 star excellent service from Ayodele today!! Will definitely recommend this storage for anyone looking for a clean and organized place. Thanks for the help 😀
