Personable, informative customer sales & support. Competitive price. Delivery truck's technology for loading & unloading superior IMHO to some others - no tilting, more accuracy and flexibility in locating container. Only quibble: no precision on time of delivery or how far in advance of arrival the text notification will be or even the definition of terms used in the notification. The text I received led me to believe they were about to load the unit onto the truck. Nope, the driver told me it was an estimate of how soon the truck would arrive at my home. Definitely needs improvement. Hence 4 rather than 5. Time is money and has an opportunity cost when lost. So, greater respect for customers' time - or, at least, giving them greater insight into the process so that they can make their own best guess - is warranted IMHO.

From first phonecall, to yesterday’s delivery, my experience with Cubeit has been FANTASTIC. Ian dropped it yesterday, and parked it perfectly — it could not be better placed, allowing maximum walking space on one side so we can access the back yard, and as far back as possible so both our cars still fit in the drive. I am so thankful I chose Cubeit to handle my move!

Placing the order for a cube was a breeze and the delivery was even better. The person that delivered the cube (Ian?) was fantastic. He was patient, careful with placement and overall a great advisor. The fact that the cube itself is lowered and raised without tilting is great. Now we load!

Excellent service and delivered a very clean container right at doorstep on the driveway safe for additional car parking.The booking process was simple, courteous and great. Way to go.
