Placing the order for a cube was a breeze and the delivery was even better. The person that delivered the cube (Ian?) was fantastic. He was patient, careful with placement and overall a great advisor. The fact that the cube itself is lowered and raised without tilting is great. Now we load!

I'd never heard of this concept before and think it's a brilliant idea. We're using it for moving purposes- we have 4 weeks to get the Cubeit packed, transferred to new residence and then have time to unpack at our leisure, The whole experience so far has been very positive. The phone booking was easy with the process very clearly explained. The driver arrived yesterday within the allocated time-they text on the day of to give a time frame for initial drop off. He was very helpful and patient with the positioning of the unit. So far so good. I am impressed. After posting this I find out this is a Canadian company-yay!! Another positive!

Super experience I was notified the Cube was in its way and an approximate time to expect. Arrived in the time frame as notified. Driver was very clear with the explanation on how things are done. Advised me on how to load in a balanced manner with regard to weight. Very courteous and professional.

Cubeit was referred to me by one of the top restoration companies in Ontario a few years back. Now that I needed a company to store my stuff safely and securely, I immediately called them. From the customer service to the delivery guy, everyone is great, polite and very accommodating. Service was prompt and the staff is easily accessible by phone or e-mail when I need them or have questions. Highly recommended for your storage and moving requirements!
