When our basement flooded on Canada Day, along with many others in Ottawa, we urgently needed storage space. On July 2, I contacted three storage container companies, but none could deliver until the following week. I booked Cubeit because they had the earliest available delivery date of July 7. Within minutes of booking, I received a call from Cubeit to confirm my information. I explained our situation and asked if there was any possibility of an earlier delivery. Zechariah said he would call me back within 1–2 hours, but 30 minutes later he let me know they could deliver the container the very next day. Zechariah was professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful during a stressful time. The next day, I received a text with a 30-minute delivery window, and the container arrived exactly as promised. Cubeit's lift system is impressive—it placed the container gently on our driveway without causing any damage. Timber, who delivered the container, was friendly and efficient. He answer questions and ensure the container was positioned exactly where we needed it. A sincere thank you to both Zechariah and Timber for making a difficult situation much easier. I highly recommend Cubeit. It's great to support a Canadian company that delivered outstanding customer service.

Cubeit was amazing right from the start. The Customer Service when you called to the drivers who dropped off and picked up the cantainer were very professional, friendly and supportive. Every one of my questions were answered. They worked with me every step of the way. Thank you to everyone that I was in contact with you were all amazing. Loved using Cubeit! We have 2 toddlers and wondered how we’d pack a moving van in one day to move with kids running around - shopped around for a moving cube and Cubeit had the best price. Bonus that their customer service is incredible and they give you so many updates and texts on everything happening with your cube! We got to pack our house over the course of a week and then had the cube moved to our new place, and used it as storage for 3 more weeks as we were able to slowly unload and move in to our new home. Would 1000% recommend for moving!

Great service! I was able to easily book my bin and arrange for the drop off and pick up over the phone. They are very quick to respond to all questions. The bin was the perfect size for what I needed and fit in my parking spot on my driveway without interfering with anything else. I love the lock that comes with it and that you get to keep it! Price is reasonable for a one month rental and you have the option to extend that time, if needed. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a storage bin.
