Super experience I was notified the Cube was in its way and an approximate time to expect. Arrived in the time frame as notified. Driver was very clear with the explanation on how things are done. The Cube is kept level for loading & unloading vs tilting so your stuff is less likely to shift. One of the few companies to do this. Advised me on how to load in a balanced manner with regard to weight. Very courteous and professional.

The experience was excellent. Quick service to get a Cubeit delivered and driver put bin in perfect spot. Both the driver and the customer service rep used for booking were outstanding!! They were both friendly and had great attitudes. Great team you have, keep up the great work!!

Personable, informative customer sales & support. Competitive price. Delivery truck's technology for loading & unloading superior IMHO to some others - no tilting, more accuracy and flexibility in locating container. Only quibble: no precision on time of delivery or how far in advance of arrival the text notification will be or even the definition of terms used in the notification. The text I received led me to believe they were about to load the unit onto the truck. Nope, the driver told me it was an estimate of how soon the truck would arrive at my home. Definitely needs improvement. Hence 4 rather than 5. Time is money and has an opportunity cost when lost. So, greater respect for customers' time - or, at least, giving them greater insight into the process so that they can make their own best guess - is warranted IMHO. Update at pickup: Cubeit pricing competitive w/50% discount on 1st month only. Haven't checked but appears it becomes uncompetitive for subsequent months because price doubles. Nice policy, though, is they allow pro-rata discounts if you need extra time that is less than one month. So, I only paid for one extra week rather than a full month. However, if you request a partial month but exceed that, you must pay for the full month.

There were no issues from beginning to end. Prompt communication. Very friendly and focused on customer experience. We will absolutey use Cubeit again. This was our second time. Highly recommend! John
