From the customer service to the delivery guy, everyone is great, polite and very accommodating. Cubeit staff was excellent. The online form was straightforward and simple to complete. The quote was emailed shortly after submitting my request and I received a call soon after that to work out the details. I was very fortunate to arrange delivery the next day. I received a text within the hour of delivery. The driver was friendly and was able to drop the storage container in the optimal place on my driveway. He took the time to show me how the doors worked. Overall a very painless experience.

Customer service was wonderful. I had to reschedule drop off and pick up twice and it was done quickly, easily and by a friendly service representative each time. I wish I had used the service the other times I’ve had to move. I didn’t have to worry about who was going to drive the truck for me or about how much time I needed to load a truck. We took our time and loaded the cube at our leisure.

First time dealing with a moving unit like this instead of U-Haul and honestly I don’t see my self doing any other option from now on. The customer service representatives were outstanding. From calling for info, booking to the delivery its self was easy and enjoyable. The unit looks great, the delivery guy was very helpful, nice and friendly. Great experience
