From first phonecall, to yesterday’s delivery, my experience with Cubeit has been FANTASTIC. Ian dropped it yesterday, and parked it perfectly — it could not be better placed, allowing maximum walking space on one side so we can access the back yard, and as far back as possible so both our cars still fit in the drive. I am so thankful I chose Cubeit to handle my move! Updated after our move was complete: our experience with delivery, then pickup, at the new location was absolutely perfect. At every step — from Akash on the phone who helped me rearrange my dates several times, to the Oshawa-area driver who placed the full cube perfectly, and picked it up efficiently, to Mark who called each time a movement was upcoming — I TOTALLY recommend Cubeit!

Company is a pleasure to deal with. They have been very flexible for timing, dropping off, and removing the bins. We did offsite storage which was a blessing, allowing the driveway to be opened up. The unit was super clean, and really well sealed giving us confidence that our furniture would remain dry and safe, which is was, no issues with content moving while being transported.

Price comparison was spot on. Sign up and payment was quick and easy. Follow up after payment was very good. Administrative office called twice to ensure exact placement of unit. Arrived on time. Driver was cordial and informative. Unit is clean inside and out. 100%.

This company could use some consistency. One representative gave me a price and them another send an invoice with a different amount. They charged my credit card twice for a return when they me that they were waving the fee for my return. That is not consistency.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of the team at Cube it. They were not only punctual and efficient but also had a great attitude throughout the entire booking, delivering /picking up the moving cube. They went above and beyond to make my move was smooth and hassle free. Their attention to detail such as ideal cube placement on our driveway multiple updates regarding truck movement and confirmation of pick up/ drop off was great. I'm so glad I chose them for my move, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving experience!
