Super experience I was notified the Cube was in its way and an approximate time to expect. Arrived in the time frame as notified. Driver was very clear with the explanation on how things are done. The Cube is kept level for loading & unloading vs tilting so your stuff is less likely to shift. One of the few companies to do this. Advised me on how to load in a balanced manner with regard to weight. Very courteous and professional.

Cubeit is excellent to deal with, very polite staff, and our delivery person explained everything to us, very kind. The actual storage is immaculate inside, and SO much room. I highly recommend this Canadian Company for your storage needs. We are so pleased, and found their price very reasonable.

Moving with CubeIt was an excellent decision! Process of booking was very simple. We loved the convenience of packing at our own pace and not having to live among piles of boxes. The containers were placed, picked up, moved and dropped with ease. Our items moved seamlessly, the internal structure allows for attachment of straps/bungees to secure furniture. Once unpacked, Customer Service was able to fit us in the schedule at an earlier time which was greatly appreciated. The Costco shop card is a great added bonus!

Professional and reliable, communication was clear and the unit arrived on time, the driver was careful and considerate, unit was clean and in great condition. Our furniture was safe and protected for our month of renovations. I would definitely use them again.
