The assistance Manager Jennesha was incredibly friendly, informative and professional. She answered every single one of my questions, provided me with in-depth information regarding the process and also gave me a tour of the facility. I was greeted with smiles and good energy as soon as I walked through the door and outstanding service to match. Excellent experience and facility.

Not only were the staff very accommondating to my needs, but they were understanding and professional in there field. Location is extremely clean and tidy.the people work there very cool.Himali and Jen are the best. I would give them 9/10

Jennesha the Store Manager was very helpful and friendly when getting my storage space. She was efficient and clear with expectations and information needed in setting up the storage. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Both the phone rep, and the in person staff, are very patient, and explain everything . They have been very helpful to me and I had no knowledge of renting storage. Well done team at scarborough location on ellesmere!
