Nice ladies behind the desk in the office. I especially like Himali, the Assistant Manager. She remembered my name, that was nice! Very friendly of her! I enjoy going there! It's always very clean and well kept. It's very cheap for my 5x7. Packing accessories are available too. I do recommend Access Storage to others I know!

Jennesha helped me go through the different procedures and rules of the service
Though it would have been nice to be informed of the possibility to bring my own lock to prevent having to buy one in store as there’s a policy not letting you store items without a lock
