I have rented storage units at Access Storage Scarborough several times over the past six years, with each rental lasting several months. I keep returning because my experience has been consistently excellent.
The facility is clean, well maintained, brightly lit, and feels very safe and secure. Access is available 24 hours a day using a secure access code, making it convenient to visit whenever needed. Even during evening visits, I have always felt comfortable because the property is well lit and located in a safe area.
One of the biggest advantages is its location, just minutes from Highway 401, making it very convenient whether you are moving, storing personal belongings, or accessing your unit regularly.
The staff have always been professional, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Bhakti Patel and Manager, Shima, for their outstanding customer service. On one occasion, Shima stayed after office hours to make sure everything was taken care to my satisfaction, and that level of customer service is not something you see every day.
I also appreciate that there are often promotional offers available, and I found the booking process to be straightforward, whether speaking with customer service over the phone or visiting the office.
Based on my experiences over the years, I would highly recommend Access Storage Scarborough to anyone looking for a clean, secure, conveniently located, and professionally managed storage facility.
Update: I would also like to thank the management for taking the time to acknowledge customer feedback. It speaks highly of a business that values both its customers and its staff. Wish you the best.

Both Shima and Ciera, Assistant managers were very approachable, knowledgeable and such nice and kind to talk to. Assisted us in every way. The unit storage was very clean, is equipped with everything you need for storage or moving your things.

Incredible customer service and move in experience. Store manager Melanie Costa, was very accommodating and helped us find the optimal solution for a long term storage plan and made this process very easy and smooth. Moving is stressful, and Melanie showed a genuine understanding and extended her self to help us get our storage packed up on time so we can proceed with our moving plans. Thank you for the fantastic service and customer experience.
