Access Storage - Scarborough

I had an excellent experience at the #100 Canadian Road, Scarborough, ON location. The staff here are both friendly and highly professional. Shima provided exceptional assistance, ensuring I benefited from the current promotional pricing and found the best storage solution for the square footage I required. The store manager is also extremely knowledgeable and professional, further enhancing the overall experience. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a well-managed, professional, and customer-oriented storage facility.

Just want to say a big thank you to Access Storage for their annual help with our Oakville Professional Firefighters Toy Drive. For the past couple of years, the oakville location has been a fantastic partner and has helped us with getting the gifts out for the holidays. This year we packed and shipped toys to over 6400 kids, largely in boxes they provided. 10/10 would recommend

The employees at Access Storage are very approachable and reliable especially Sienna and Shima. Being a very patient employees as to how to explain the procedures and policies to their customers, they have also a pleasing personalities in dealing with their clients; and, have a great concerns to their needs, like I am. I will definitely recommend the Access Storage to anyone that might be in need to store their personal belongings. The Access Storage has also promotions that are currently going on these days. It's a sign of relief for me not only I saved for almost two months because of the promotions that the company has, but for being a satisfied and well informed customer.

Honestly storage facilities are all the same: you rent units, you put your stuff in, you come once in awhile.. nothing special. That being said! Whoever is running the access storage at 100 Canadian Rd is very lucky to have the staff they do. Sienna, Bharti, and Shima are all AMAZING to deal with. The customer service is top notch. It feels like you can approach them with anything and they will calmly help you handle and solve whatever the situation is. Everyone deserves a raise in my opinion!! It feels hard to recommend a storage facility but I strongly recommend this one. They’re an amazing team that takes care of you every time.
