Access Storage - Scarborough Town Centre

I recently worked with Himali, an Access Storage Associate, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with her service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my storage needs were met. Himali's professionalism and dedication left me completely satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking exceptional customer service at Access Storage.

We went to get stuff out of storage and literally our entire unit was infested with mice. There were mice feces in everything we owned, boxes, furniture, literally everything caked in feces and there were several decomposing mice INSIDE of our unit. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the garbage bin was overflowing and the floor was covered in dried urine. Absolutely disgusting and we are definitely transferring our belongings to another storage facility. By the time we finished repackibg the storage unit, the floor in the hallway was covered in mice droppings that came out of our unit alone. Clearly there is no maintenance of the premises.

The service was exceptional and friendly. Would recommend this to anyone looking for easy storage solutions. Michael Ma and Himali Patel at the 1340 Ellesmere rd location were very helpful. Loved the service overall!

Himali and Michael did a great job helping us really quickly. We came 15 mins within closing and we were out before closing. Really recommend them.
